I am the owner and sole cake designer at Tina Cakes, LLC.  I began my career baking out of my family kitchen in Fort Payne, AL.  I started doing cakes for family and friends as a hobby in 1992.  Since, the cake business has expanded such that it has allowed me the privilege of creating custom cakes for various special occasions throughout the years.  Every aspect of your wedding cake will receive my personal attention in order to maintain a high standard of excellence and to guarantee your satisfaction.  Your wedding cake will be designed, decorated and delivered personally by me.  From baking to decorating, I am hands-on, ensuring that the utmost care and professionalism goes into each product.  It’s important to me that your cake be remembered not only as a beautiful creation, but more importantly, as a delicious dessert.
